process flow
1. Crushing stage: Impact crusher
Materials smaller than 250mm pass through the vibrating feeder to the impact crusher, crush the materials to below 50mm, and then transport them to the vibrating screen for screening by the belt conveyor.
2. Screening stage: Vibrating screen
The vibrating screen uses a 9mm screen to screen the material, and returns the material larger than 50mm to the impact crusher until it is crushed below 50mm. 0-9mm material is conveyed to the side by belt conveyor, and 9-50mm is the target product.
