The 5TPH Chrome Beneficiation Plant is a simple solution. We just used jaw crusher for primary crushing, spiral classifier for washing
chrome, and ball mill for grinding, gravity separation machine used shaking table.
1. Crushing: Jaw crusher, Hammer crusher
The raw materials are sent to the jaw crusher through the trough feeder, and then transported to the hammer crusher by the belt conveyor for fine crushing to reach the particle size that meets the specifications.
2. Washing & Grinding: Ball mill, Spiral classifier
The spiral classifier here plays the role of cleaning to remove impurities on the surface of the chrome ore. After being ground by a ball mill, the material will reach below 200 mesh.
3. Gravity separation: Shaking table
Then enter the shaking table for multi-stage separation to obtain high-grade copper concentrate.
