Working principle

The waste liquid is first carefully pre-treated, concentrating the copper ions through advanced filtration technology, and also neutralizing harmful chemicals that may damage subsequent processes. A controlled electric current is then used to promote rapid copper plating from the processed waste liquid. The main purpose is to convert low-concentration copper solutions into valuable metal forms in real time.

Completing this cycle is an effective post-recycling treatment that ensures that any residual contaminants are managed responsibly before being discharged back into the wastewater system or recycling stream.
