PU plastic spiral chute concentrator

Polyurethane (PU) plastic spiral chute concentrator is also called PU spiral separator, polyurethane spiral concentrator. It is a new type of gravity separation equipment specially designed for the classification and separation of materials (ore, sand, gravel). In mineral processing, this polyurethane spiral chute can help recover and enrich valuable materials, such as recovering under-extracted ore from tailings. In particular, the gravity separation effect is best for non-metallic minerals with sufficiently different specific gravity. Compared with traditional FRP spiral chutes, polyurethane plastic spiral concentrators have longer service life and lower maintenance costs, while providing excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high separation efficiency. It is the most commonly used spiral concentrator in silica sand processing plants.
