What is Mobile Integrated Gold CIL Plant?

The mobile integrated gold CIL plant is primarily designed for a processing capacity of 20 tons per day, also called a small modular gold CIL plant. It is a small-sized gold beneficiation system that combines the Carbon-In-Leach gold extraction process with a relocatable & compact design. Its core process adopts the carbon leaching method, which combines leaching and adsorption simultaneously, to achieve high-efficiency and low-cost gold recovery. Especially suitable for small gold mines, pilot gold plants, remote mining areas, and mobile gold mining projects. In addition, the complete gold CIL process, which includes crushing, grinding, desorption electrolysis, and tailings treatment, can be integrated into standardized containers or skid-mounted modules to enable rapid on-site production. 

Core Equipment:

The multi-stage agitation leaching tanks, mixing tank, slurry pumps, carbon & slurry separation screen, automatic control systems, and cone thickener are pre-assembled; upon arrival at the mine site, production can commence simply by connecting the necessary pipelines.

Main Flow Of 20TPD Modular Gold CIL Process Plant:

1. Crushing and Grinding:
The raw ore is reduced to a suitable particle size (typically ≤200 mesh) using a jaw crusher and a ball mill, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the subsequent leaching process.

2. Slurry Preparation:
The ore slurry is fed into a thickener to achieve a concentration of 40%–45%. Reagents are added to adjust the pH level to 10–11, and the thickened underflow is then directed to the leaching stage.

3. Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) Adsorption:
The slurry enters a series of agitated leaching tanks, where a sodium cyanide solution dissolves the gold ions; simultaneously, activated carbon adsorbs the gold, forming gold-loaded carbon.
The number of leaching tanks can be flexibly adjusted to accommodate varying processing capacity requirements.

4. Desorption and Electrowinning:
The gold-loaded carbon undergoes desorption under conditions of high temperature and high pressure. Through electrolytic deposition, high-purity gold slime (with a purity exceeding 99%) is recovered; after smelting, this yields the final gold product.

5. Tailings Management:
The gold-depleted carbon is regenerated and returned to the adsorption stage for recycling. The tailings undergo pressure filtration and are then stored in compliance with regulations, while wastewater is recycled at a rate exceeding 90%, ensuring full adherence to environmental protection standards.
