The inclined gold washing screen is a foldable gravity separation equipment designed for alluvial and placer gold ores. It utilizes a combination of gravity flow along an inclined surface and high-pressure water spraying to perform desliming, screening, and the recovery of fine gold particles. Therefore, it is also known as a sloped gold wash screen or inclined gold recovery screen. The equipment consists of an inclined screen frame, a vibrating motor, a vibrating screen/mesh, dual-channel zigzag sluice boxes, and a high-pressure spray system.

Because it performs cleaning and classifying simultaneously, it offers rapid desliming and is suitable for small-to-medium-scale placer gold mining projects. Therefore, it is also a highly efficient, integrated, and modular gold washing and screening equipment. Additionally, this inclined gold washing screen features a compact, durable, and modular design with high gold recovery rates; the interchangeable screen mesh allows it to handle materials of varying coarseness. Structural & Principle Of Inclined Gold Washing Screen

Working principle

After entering the inclined screen body through the feed inlet, the material is subjected to high-frequency vibration generated by the vibration motor (via eccentric weights), causing the ore bed to loosen and tumble. Simultaneously, high-pressure water sprays from above continuously wash the ore, breaking up clay lumps and washing away lightweight impurities. Driven by gravity and the water flow, gold-bearing fine sand moves down the inclined screen surface; material smaller than the screen apertures passes through into the underlying sluice or recovery unit, while large waste rock is discharged from the screen tail, thereby achieving ore washing, desliming, and the preliminary concentration of gold particles.
