1. Washing stage: Trommel scrubber

The raw ore feed into the trommel scrubber for washing clay, and can separate the +6mm stone which do not contain the gold inside.

2. Separation stage: Gold centrifugal concentrator, sluice box, shaking table

  • The small size like less than 6mm goes to the gold centrifugal concentrator to catch the gold concentrate first.  
  • The concentrates from the gold concentrator go to shaking table again for more good separation effect. Because of the gold concentrate, there is still has a little sand. (Use the shaking table can separate the sand from the gold, which with very good effect)
  • The tailings from the gold concentrate go to a sluice box.  The sluice box can catch the gold if some gold particles are flowing away.

3. Melting stage: Gold melting furnace

All gold concentrates can be melted in a furnace to get gold nuggets.
