This is a complete, integrated set of alluvial/ placer gold mining equipment. This combination of equipment is mainly used for small-scale gold ore screening, recovery, and gold panning plant. It mainly consists of hopper, vibrating screen, sluice boxs, water pump and other systems. It uses vibration to screen and wash the material on the surface of the screen, and then captures the gold in the ore through the sluice box. Vibration motors or hydraulic drives are optional, and the amount of water can also be adjusted by valves. In alluvial/placer gold beneficiation, vibration chutes, shaking tables, centrifugal concentrators and other equipment can also be equipped to operate together for processing gold.
Working principle Of Vibration Gold Washing Plant
The vibrating screen separates the large and small particles in the ore through vibration, and then feeds the screened ore into the sluice box for gravity separation, thereby achieving gold separation.
As the material is placed on the grid, high-pressure water is sprayed at the feed to clean all the material that falls into the hopper. Smaller particles fall onto the second layer of screens for separation, and after the second layer of screening, they flow into one to three independent adjustable sluice boxs for gold enrichment. As gravel and sediment flow through the vibrating screen, finer materials pass quickly, while larger, more valuable fragments are directed to the sluice box. As water flows through the ripples in the sluice, pockets are formed, capturing gold particles that would otherwise be lost in the standard washing process.
