1. Feeding, Washing: vibrating feeder, trommel scrubber

Vibration Feeder with 70mm grille bars (grid spacing 70mm), materials larger than 70mm are transported to one side, and materials smaller than 70mm are evenly fed to the drum washing machine, which can efficiently remove sediment or impurities on the surface and effectively Separate valuable diamond ore from waste.

2. Screening stage: high-frequency vibrating screen

After cleaning, the materials larger than 25mm are transported aside by a belt conveyor as waste. Materials smaller than 25mm enter the high-frequency vibrating screen for screening; it can efficiently screen out particles as small as 1mm as tailings, ensuring that valuable diamonds will not be lost during the cleaning process. The materials are transported to the transfer silo with an electromagnetic vibrating feeder through a belt conveyor. It is then conveyed to a second high-frequency vibrating screen for screening, further refining the material and ensuring that only clean and pure diamonds are collected.

3. Gravity separation: jig concentrator

After the second high-frequency screening is divided into three sizes and enters three jigs. Using different jig separator sizes and configurations, high-quality diamond ore can be obtained with high efficiency, namely 1-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-25mm.
