Since the rock needs to be ground to less than 1mm in order to completely precipitate pure gold, a wet grinder is designed to be used for grinding.

1. Crushing ,milling: jaw crusher, hammer crusher, wet pan mill

The raw ore is manually fed into the jaw crusher and crushed to 20-30mm, and its discharge enters the hammer crusher through a belt conveyor for further crushing to 6mm. Then enter the wet mill and grind it into a fine powder below 1mm.

2. Gravity separation: shaking tables

The discharge material of the wet disc mill is slurry, which is sent to the shaking table using a slurry pump to recover fine gold. Eventually, all the concentrate goes into a gold furnace and is melted into gold bars.
