The alkaline etching liquid recovery and copper extraction system is a complex alkaline etching waste liquid regeneration and copper deep processing, recycling, and purification process. It mainly adopts the direct electrolysis method to extract high-purity electrolytic copper from etching waste liquid through electrolytic deposition, reduce the copper ions in alkaline etching waste liquid, separate oil and water, and reuse it in the treatment line after component preparation. It reduces the amount of sewage discharged after etching waste liquid recovery and reduces environmental pollution and the production cost of PCB manufacturing Plant. After copper ore is concentrated, some impurities still exist. Electrodeposition and electrolytic refining can be used to purify copper and increase the purity of copper metal.
It is often used to recover metallic copper and effective chemicals and reuse wastewater in production lines. Process Of Alkaline etching fluid Recovery & copper extraction system
The alkaline etching liquid recovery and regeneration system equipment adopts the “extraction separation-electrodeposition copper” process. “Extraction and separation” is to separate the copper ions in the waste etching solution to regenerate the waste etching liquid. After adjusting the parameters, the regenerated etching solution is returned to the etching machine for recycling. “Electrodeposited copper” is the electrodeposition of copper ions separated by extraction into high-purity electrolytic copper. The etching liquid regeneration and reuse system will input the waste liquid containing heavy metals into the electrolysis regeneration equipment for metal electrolysis. After treatment, high-quality and high-purity metallic copper with commercial value will be electrolyzed.
Working principle
The direct electrolysis process of alkaline etching solution regeneration and copper recovery system uses unique materials to composite anode and cathode to directly electrolyze alkaline copper etching solution with high copper content.
High-purity single copper is deposited on the cathode plate, and the solution, after copper removal, maintains the original chemical composition of the etching solution. After effective treatment and deployment, the regenerated sub-liquid with stable etching ability is automatically controlled by the specific gravity signal to add back to the etching line for etching work, thereby realizing the recycling of resources.
