Gold Trommel Wash Plant
The portable/ mobile gold wash plant with trommel machine is a more flexible and customizable one-stop gold mining solutions. It can be made portable type or stationary type; JXSC has two types of gold wash plants that are suitable for small and medium-scale gold processing plants.

Main equipment: trommel scrubber & sluice box.
The design of trommel scrubber with wheels, a feeding hopper, and punching hole mesh. After washing the clay, the punching screen mesh will remove oversized rocks under screen materials and down strain to the sluice box for recovering fine gold.
Application: It’s suitable for processing alluvial gold ore with much sticky clay. It’s also widely used in diamond, tin, chrome, manganese, etc mining wash plants.

Main equipment: trommel screen and gold sluice box.
The trommel screen can wash, screen, and remove mud in rocks, and the sluice box captures and recovery fine gold or nuggets. The sluice box can be customized to 2m, 4m, or 6m in length, 1m or 0.5m in width.
Application: The setup is suitable for washing alluvial gold ore without or few sticky clay. It applies to small or medium-scale mining wash plants & need portable operation.

Process Of Alluvial Gold Wash Plant

- Feeding system: Feed the materials evenly to the gold wash equipment;
- Washing system: Its main purpose is to separate the gravel, sand and granular soil, and wash the fine mud adhering to the gravel and the mixed gold ore. In the ore washing operation, the ore sand wrapped in the cement block or the mud body is dissociated by first washing with water; then by mechanical agitation such as a trommel screen, rotaty scrubber and other gold washing machine.
- Screening system: The main purpose of the portable gold trommel screen operation is to screen the alluvial gold ore after washing and to screen out large pieces of gravel to improve the gold recovery efficiency.
- Beneficiation: The key operation in an gold wash plant is often to use gravity separation equipment, such as a jig concentrator, centrifugal concentrator, shaking table, and sluice box to recovery fine gold concentrate.
