This is a complete and high quality manganese ore processing plant. According to the customer’s requirements, we designed two crushing processes to achieve the appropriate particle size before entering the gravity separation. The following is the specific process:

1. First, the material enters the trough feeder through the hopper, and then is evenly sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Then it enters the hammer crusher for fine crushing. The material smaller than 60mm is directly screened by the vibrating screen, and the material larger than 60mm screened by the vibrating screen is returned to the hammer crusher for re-crushing.
2. The material screened by the vibrating screen is divided into -25mm and 25-60mm. The material of 25-60mm is conveyed to one side by a belt conveyor, and then the concentrate is hand-selected.
3. The material smaller than 25mm first enters the jig to obtain 0-2mm manganese concentrate, and enters the hydrocyclone for classification. Then, the tailings of the jig separator enter the dewatering screen to obtain dry tailings, and the water is pumped into the sedimentation tank through a mortar pump.
