Since the raw ore is a large piece of gold-bearing mineral, JXSC first adopts three- stage crushing processes, and then gravity separation. The following is the specific process of the 20TPH rock gold ore processing plant:

1. First, the material enters the raw material bin and falls onto the vibrating feeder. It is then evenly fed to the jaw crusher for the first rough crushing. The material is then fed to the fine jaw crusher through a belt conveyor and then to four hammer crushers for fine crushing through a belt conveyor to meet the size required to enter the gravity separation equipment.
2. After the efficient crushing process, all the materials enter the slurry pool. The sand pump precisely sends the materials into the centrifugal concentrator. The obtained concentrate is then directly sorted on the shaking table, with the tailings flowing through the gold sluice box to obtain part of the gold concentrate. After gravity separation on the shaking table and the gold sluice box, all the concentrates enter the gold melting furnace to be cast into gold nuggets.
