1. Feeding & Screening: vibrating feeder, high-frequency screen
The material is transported to the high-frequency screen by the vibrating feeder and the belt conveyor, and the material is screened.
2. Washing & Dewatering: hydrocyclone, dewatering screen
+5mm material is transported to one side by belt conveyor as scrap. -5mm material is sent to the hydrocyclone by slurry pump, which is used to separate and remove the heavier coarse-grained mud sand and other substances in the sewage, and overflow into the dewatering screen for dewatering.
2. Tailings dewatering: dewatering screen, thickener
The material larger than 0.5MM is transported to the side with a belt conveyor to obtain iron ore. The 0-0.5mm material is pumped to the hydrocyclone with a sand pump, and the underflow of the cyclone is pumped to the dewatering screen with a sand pump to obtain iron ore. Then the overflow water enters the thickener to recover the tailings water.
