Tin stripping waste liquid recycling system

Tin stripping waste liquid recycling system

The tin stripping waste liquid recovery system is mainly used for the recovery of tin on copper in printed circuit manufacturing, electronics industry and related metal material industries.

Tin stripping waste liquid recycling system

Tin stripping waste liquid recycling system, also known as tin waste liquid recycling system or tin stripping waste liquid recycling and regeneration system. The resource processing devices of this system mainly include: raw material preparation tank, distillation tower, condenser, neutralization stirring tank, sedimentation adjustment tank, filter press, etc. It is widely used in the removal of tin/lead-tin alloy layer on the copper surface during the manufacturing process of electronic components and circuit boards.

The tin stripping waste liquid recycling system is especially used in the printed circuit board manufacturing industry to help PCB companies reduce production capital investment while maximizing the recovery of effective resources. It not only realizes the recovery of copper and tin resources, but also can achieve the recycling of other components in the tin stripping waste liquid. It is a set of environmentally friendly production equipment and processes that can meet the requirements of clean production.

Process Of Tin stripping waste liquid recycling system

In the production process of printed circuit boards (PCBs), a layer of tin with a thickness of 5 to 8 microns needs to be plated on the surface of the pattern when the outer positive film is made. After etching and forming, the surface tin is dissolved. When the tin content of the solution reaches a certain concentration, the tin stripping ability decreases and it is discharged from the tin stripping equipment to become tin stripping waste liquid.

Working principle

The main process is to add special precipitants and precipitation aids to the tin stripping waste liquid to selectively precipitate the metal tin and copper ions in the tin stripping waste liquid. The metal precipitate and the upper clear liquid are separated by a solid-liquid separation device to obtain tin mud with a tin content of 30% and a clarified filtrate. After the composition of the filtrate is adjusted, its various indicators meet the requirements of tin stripping production. Then it is returned to the tin stripping production line for use through an automatic control addition system. This achieves the recycling of resources and zero discharge of waste liquid, energy saving and environmental protection.
