Feeding

The vibrating feeder delivers material evenly and is equipped with a bar screen to pre-screen fine materials and soil, improving efficiency.

Primary Crushing

The jaw crusher performs coarse crushing on large rock. Accommodates feed material up to 1200 mm; discharge opening size is adjustable.

Secondary/Fine Crushing

Hammer/ impact/ cone crushers, or double-roll crushers are used to further crush the material to the final product particle size.

Screening & Conveying
