This is a 250 tph (tonnes per hour) gold recovery plant custom-designed by JXSC for an Australian client, specifically suited for processing clay-free alluvial gold deposits. It primarily employs a classic three-stage beneficiation process: screening and classification, roughing via sluice boxes, and fine separation via shaking tables.

1. Feeding Stage:

Run-of-mine ore enters a feed hopper equipped with an 80mm grizzly screen to intercept oversized material. A chain-plate feeder then conveys the ore evenly and continuously onto a belt conveyor, ensuring stable feeding without blockages.

2. Screening and Classification:

The belt conveyor transports the ore to a trommel screen for classification, separating the material into three size fractions: the 6–20mm and -6mm fractions are sent to sluice boxes, while the +20mm fraction is treated as waste rock and discharged directly via a belt conveyor.

3. Roughing Stage:

The 6–20mm and -6mm fractions are fed into 16 sluice boxes (arranged in two tiers of eight) for roughing to achieve preliminary gold enrichment. The rough concentrate produced by the sluices is collected and sent to the next stage of processing.

4. Fine Separation Stage:

The rough concentrate is fed onto shaking tables for fine sorting, where water flow and the shaking action further separate the gangue. Finally, gold concentrate is recovered as the finished product. Gangue and tailings generated at each stage are discharged collectively as tailings.
